NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed by every employee on their first working day. It’s an important document in our industry and a basic security requirement.
In short:
- ◾️ The NDA prohibits sharing any information about deals, company finances, or colleagues’ personal data.
- ◾️ Your salary and bonuses must not be discussed with anyone except your manager and HR.
- ◾️ We do not disclose the name of our project or include it in our resumes.
- ◾️ Violating the agreement may result in dismissal and fines.
You’ll be able to familiarize yourself with NDA and sign it during the onboarding process.
What awaits you on your first day?

- ◾️ Receiving your work equipment and all necessary access credentials
- ◾️ A meeting with your manager to discuss your upcoming tasks
